Dear Meadows at Summit Ridge Member:

 

 

Home Association Solutions, LLC is excited to announce that your homes association will now be managed within a top-tier association management software platform, CINC Systems!

 

CINC will be a convenient tool to manage all homes association related business, accessible through on online portal AND a mobile phone app!  Some of the features in CINC are: lockbox services, online dues payment, communications/news updates, ACC submissions, violation reporting, work order submissions, event calendars, amenity access, voting/surveys and even AI driven answers to questions regarding association rules and regs. 

 

While we will be transitioning over time to fully populate association information, we need ALL members to take a moment to register onto the new software platform as it will be the primary way to communicate with and make online payments.   Please follow the steps below to be a member of your association’s CINC experience!

Once in the portal:

c.      Phone Number

d.      Enter and select your address (in shaded box)

e.      Select “Owner” (in shaded box) 

f.       Enter a password of your choice (twice) 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you get registered, you will be able to utilize the electronic dues payment features in the portal. 

 

We will be transitioning data from our existing system to CINC over the next few weeks.  If data has not been assigned to your account yet, be patient as we are working with CINC’s data operations team to make sure all balances are accurate.  

 

We look forward to providing Meadows with this powerful software system that will make things easier and more convenient for our valued memberships!  We will be sending out additional information by mail in the future!
